A Note on Harmony

Thanks to its chaperoned pH (4.8), Brooks Toner layers perfectly with Laguna Madre for a brightening boost. However, to maintain balance, please use on alternate nights to Serum X (Copper Peptides) or Llano Renewal (Urea).
