The Made-to-Order Model
Why is Seven Regions made-to-order?

Skincare actives—especially peptides and antioxidants—are at their most effective when freshly formulated. We blend your products after you order so they arrive at peak potency, not after months of storage.

How long does production take?

Orders placed by 5 PM CST (Monday–Friday) enter production the next business day. Every formula undergoes a 24-hour stability check before shipping. Most orders ship within 2–4 business days.

What's the handwritten date on my bottle?

That's your product's creation date—written in ink by the person who made it. It's your proof of freshness and a personal touch we take pride in.

What's the shelf life?

Use within 3 months of your creation date for peak potency. Our formulas are made fresh specifically so you're always working with something vibrant.

Formulation & Ingredients
What does "Foundation-First" mean?

It's our formulation philosophy. Before adding actives, we focus on barrier health and microbiome support—the foundation your skin needs to actually absorb and use those actives effectively.

Why do you show ingredient percentages?

Because you deserve to know what you're putting on your skin. We disclose key active percentages so you can make informed decisions about your routine.

How are your products preserved?

We use a multi-hurdle preservation system: antimicrobial ferments, chelating agents, and pH-optimized formulas. This approach provides broad-spectrum protection while remaining gentle.

Are your products fragrance-free?

All skincare is free from synthetic fragrance. Our body care line contains no added fragrance, but carries a natural, rich aroma from raw ingredients like Cupuaçu Butter.

Shipping & Orders
Do you offer free shipping?

Yes—free USPS Priority Mail on all U.S. orders over $75 (after discounts, before tax).

Where do you ship?

Currently, we ship within the United States only to ensure our "Freshness Window" isn't compromised by long international transit times.

How do I track my order?

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves our lab.

Storage & Usage
How should I store my products?

Keep them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. No refrigeration needed, but avoid extreme heat and humidity.

Can I use Seven Regions with other brands?

Yes. Our formulas work well within a broader routine. If layering multiple high-potency actives from other brands, we recommend alternating them AM/PM.
