Why is Seven Regions made-to-order?
Skincare actives—especially fragile peptides and antioxidants—are at their most effective when freshly formulated. We pour and blend your products in small batches only after you order, so they arrive at peak vitality rather than sitting for months on a warehouse shelf.
How long does production take?
Orders placed by 5 PM CST (Monday–Friday) enter the lab the following business day. Every formula undergoes a necessary stability check to verify integrity before it ships. Please allow 1–3 business days for fresh blending and quality control.
What is the handwritten booklet tag?
Once a batch is cleared for shipment, each product receives a custom booklet tag detailing its hand-blended creation date. It is your proof of freshness and our final seal of artisanal precision.
What is the shelf life?
Because we prioritize your skin barrier, we use a gentle hurdle preservative system. For maximum potency and safety, please enjoy your freshly poured treatments within 3 months of their creation date.

What does "Foundation-First" mean?
We believe healthy skin is not something to chase—it is something to support. Before introducing powerful actives, we focus heavily on barrier health and microbiome support. It is the necessary foundation your skin needs to actually absorb and utilize those actives effectively without irritation.
Why do you show ingredient percentages?
We formulate with intention, meaning every ingredient has a meaningful role. We disclose our key active percentages so you can make educated, empowered decisions about your routine and know exactly what you are asking your skin to process.
How are your products preserved?
Effective skincare shouldn't require compromising the foundation it is meant to improve. We use a multi-hurdle preservation system combining antimicrobial ferments, chelating agents, and pH-optimized formulas to provide broad-spectrum protection while remaining incredibly gentle on the skin.
Are your products fragrance-free?
All of our facial skincare is entirely free from synthetic fragrances and essential oils to minimize sensitization. Our body care line contains no added fragrance, but naturally carries a rich, earthy aroma from raw ingredients like Cupuaçu Butter.

How should I store my products?
To protect the integrity of the formula, store your skincare in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight. While not required, storing our fragile peptide and brightening serums in the refrigerator is a fantastic way to maximize their efficacy and treat your face to a cooling application.
Can I use Seven Regions with other brands?
Yes. Our formulas work beautifully within a broader routine. However, if you are layering multiple high-potency actives from other brands (like strong acids or retinoids), we recommend alternating them AM/PM so you do not overwhelm your skin barrier.
Where do you ship?
Currently, we ship exclusively within the United States. This ensures our critical "Freshness Window" is not compromised by unpredictable, lengthy international transit times.
Do you offer free shipping?
We offer a flat $5 charge for USPS Priority Shipping with no minimum order required. You will receive a tracking number the moment your freshly blended order leaves our hands.
