Every product is handcrafted and made-to-order, ensuring it arrives at your door with optimal freshness and efficacy. We stand behind our craftsmanship and have designed our policies to be fair to you while protecting the specialized nature of our products.

 

Our 30-Day Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return for a refund.

 

Return Eligibility: Our Commitment to Freshness & Safety

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria, without exception:

  • The item must be completely unopened and unused.

  • The item must be in its original, untampered packaging and wrapping.

For the safety and hygiene of all our customers, and to guarantee the freshness of our made-to-order formulas, we cannot accept returns on any products that show signs of being opened or used. Any item returned in such a condition is not eligible for a refund.

 

How to Initiate a Return

  1. To start a return, please contact our customer care team at returns@sevenregions.com with your original order number and the reason for your return.

  2. If your return request is approved, we will provide you with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

  3. To ensure your return is processed correctly, please clearly write your original order number on the outside of the package. We cannot accept or process returns that are sent back without first contacting us for approval.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We take great care in crafting and packaging your order. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us at returns@sevenregions.com within 48 hours of delivery.

You must provide your order number and a clear photo of the damaged or incorrect product in its original packaging. This allows us to quickly verify the issue and address it. Upon review, we will promptly send a replacement or issue a full refund. You do not need to return the damaged or incorrect item.

 

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your authorized return, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3-5 business days. Please note it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or credit card company.

  • If rejected because the item shows clear signs of being opened or used, it will not be eligible for a refund. We will contact you with the option to have the item shipped back to you at your expense.

 

Return Shipping Costs

  • For returns due to a "change of mind," you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs. Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • For returns due to our error (incorrect or defective items), we will cover all shipping costs.
