When it comes to treating breakouts or oversized pores, the instinct is often to attack the skin—drying it out with harsh alcohols and aggressive astringents. But skin that feels under attack will only fight back, often by producing more oil. Sabine takes a much gentler path.
We paired a clinically effective 2% dose of Salicylic Acid with Centella Asiatica (Cica), a legendary botanical known for deeply calming angry skin. It does the hard work of sweeping out the congestion inside your pores, while treating the surface of your skin with true hospitality.
The Clear Out: Salicylic Acid is oil-soluble, meaning it dives deep into the pore to dissolve the trapped oil and debris that lead to breakouts.
The Calm Down: Centella Asiatica soothes redness and cools the frustration of an active breakout, keeping your complexion quiet and comfortable.
The Balance: Ectoin and prebiotics ensure that while your pores are getting cleared out, your skin's protective barrier stays fully nourished and hydrated.

The Ritual
For liquid treatments, we prefer the gentle touch of a palm press.
Wash with a mild cleanser (like our Lotus Flower & Honey) to remove the day's debris and pat dry.
Dispense a few drops of Sabine directly into the palms of your hands. Gently press your palms into your face and neck, pushing the liquid into the skin rather than rubbing or swiping. Let it absorb completely.
Follow up with your favorite hydrator or moisturizer to seal the treatment in.
Because Sabine contains a low-pH active acid, please avoid using Caddo (Copper Peptides) in the exact same routine. The acid can break down the delicate copper bonds. We recommend using Sabine in the morning, and saving Caddo for your evening wind-down.
Formulator's Notes
Spot Treat or Full Sweep: You can use Sabine all over if you are generally prone to congestion, or just palm-press it into trouble spots like the nose and chin.
Don't Forget the SPF: Clearing out your pores can leave your fresh skin a little more vulnerable to the sun. Always finish your morning with a broad-spectrum sunscreen.
Patience Pays Off: BHA works deep inside the pore. Give it a few weeks of consistent, gentle use to see true, lasting clarity.
