Copper Peptide Repair Serum · 1 fl. oz.
Caddo
Copper peptides that rebuild. Snow mushroom that holds moisture. A microbiome that stays intact. Repair, overnight.

Copper peptides. One formula.
GHK-Cu and AHK-Cu at a combined 1% — the concentration range where the clinical evidence actually is. Non-complex, stable, and working from the first application.
Skin repairs itself at night. Caddo gives it what it needs to do that.
Most of your skin's repair activity happens while you sleep. Cell turnover accelerates, collagen synthesis increases, and the barrier works to recover from whatever the day put it through. The question isn't whether repair is happening — it's whether your skin has the raw materials to do it well.
Copper peptides are among the most well-researched repair ingredients in cosmetic chemistry. GHK-Cu signals fibroblasts to produce collagen and elastin. AHK-Cu supports the structural remodelling process. Together at 1%, they give the skin what it needs to rebuild overnight rather than just recover.
Caddo pairs that copper complex with Tremella Fuciformis — Snow Mushroom extract, which holds moisture at a level comparable to hyaluronic acid — plus Palmitoyl Tripeptide-5 for additional collagen signalling, and Lactobacillus Ferment to keep the microbiome stable while the formula does its work.
What's inside
The repair stack
01+02
Copper Tripeptide-1 + Copper Tripeptide-3
GHK-Cu + AHK-Cu at 1% combined
The two most clinically studied copper peptides, together at a meaningful concentration. GHK-Cu (Copper Tripeptide-1) signals fibroblasts to increase collagen and elastin synthesis and supports wound healing at the cellular level. AHK-Cu (Copper Tripeptide-3) promotes structural remodelling and works through a complementary pathway. Non-complex form — more stable in formula and more bioavailable than copper peptide complexes. This is what Caddo is built around.
03
Palmitoyl Tripeptide-5
Collagen signalling peptide
A lipid-linked peptide that penetrates the skin barrier more effectively than standard peptides and signals fibroblasts to produce collagen through a separate pathway from the copper peptides. A second signal reinforcing the same outcome — more structural repair overnight.
04
Tremella Fuciformis (Snow Mushroom)
Deep moisture retention
Snow mushroom polysaccharides hold moisture at a level comparable to hyaluronic acid — but with smaller particles that penetrate more effectively. A traditional East Asian skincare ingredient with modern evidence behind it. It keeps the skin hydrated overnight so the repair ingredients have an optimal environment to work in.
05
Aminobutyric Acid
Barrier calming
A naturally occurring amino acid that acts as an inhibitory neurotransmitter at the skin level — reducing the micro-tension that contributes to expression line formation and calming the barrier after the day's stressors. Works synergistically with the copper peptides to reduce the inflammatory signals that slow repair.
06
Lactobacillus Ferment
Microbiome stability
Copper peptides are potent actives. Keeping the microbiome stable while they work is what allows the repair process to proceed without inflammatory interference. Lactobacillus Ferment supports the skin's microbial ecosystem so the formula's repair signals land on skin that's in the right condition to respond.
07
Ectoin + Trehalose
Cellular protection
Two osmolytes found in organisms that survive the most extreme environmental conditions on earth. In skin, they stabilise cell membranes and protect against osmotic stress overnight — giving the repair ingredients a stable cellular environment to work in.
08
Sodium Hyaluronate + Glycerin
Hydration base
Two foundational humectants that work at different depths. Sodium Hyaluronate draws moisture into the skin. Glycerin holds it at the surface. Together they ensure the repair ingredients are delivered into well-hydrated tissue — where collagen synthesis and cellular repair are most efficient.
Apply Caddo in the evening, then seal with Palo Duro Barrier Repair Cream. The cream locks in moisture and protects the barrier while the copper peptides and supporting ingredients do their repair work overnight.
In the morning, Trinity picks up where Caddo left off — antioxidant defence and brightening to protect the skin you just repaired. Repair at night. Defend in the morning. That's the full cycle.
When to use it
Caddo is an evening serum. The purple Texas icon on your bottle confirms it — PM use only. Copper peptides work best overnight when skin repair is naturally accelerated and there's no UV interference.

How to use it
Evening only
After cleansing, press 3–4 drops gently into clean skin. Avoid combining with low pH products like glycolic or lactic acid toners the same evening — pH affects copper peptide stability.
Layering
Apply before Palo Duro. The serum goes on first, the cream seals it in. Allow 60 seconds before the next step.
With Brooks
If you use Brooks (glycolic toner), alternate evenings rather than layering on the same night. Glycolic acid and copper peptides work best on separate nights.
Week 4+
Skin firmness, texture, and fine line improvements from copper peptides build over consistent use. Most people notice meaningful changes at four to six weeks. The repair process compounds — the longer you use it, the more it shows.
Copper peptides and pH
Copper peptides are pH-sensitive. In the same routine as low-pH exfoliants like glycolic or lactic acid, they can destabilise and lose efficacy. If you use Brooks in your evening routine, alternate nights — Caddo one evening, Brooks the next. They work better as a rotation than a stack.
Copper peptides take time
Collagen synthesis and structural skin remodelling are slow processes. Don't expect dramatic changes in the first two weeks. Caddo is a long-game serum — the results at month three are meaningfully better than month one. Consistent nightly use is what makes it work.
Made fresh for you
Copper peptides in a warehouse are copper peptides degrading.
Copper peptides are potent but sensitive — they degrade over time in bottles sitting in storage, especially at sub-optimal temperatures. The repair activity you're counting on is at its peak the day the formula is blended. We blend Caddo after you order so what arrives at your door is performing at the concentration it was designed around.

Caddo Lake
East Texas · The only naturally formed lake in Texas
NaturalCaddo Lake is the only naturally formed lake in Texas — created by a log jam on the Red River sometime before the 1800s. Every other major Texas lake is man-made. It covers over 26,000 acres spanning the Texas-Louisiana border.
CypressAncient bald cypress trees draped in Spanish moss give Caddo Lake its otherworldly atmosphere. Some of the trees are over 400 years old. The lake looks like nothing else in Texas — dense, green, still, and alive in every direction.
CopperThe deep, tannin-rich waters of Caddo Lake take on a dark copper hue. Fallen cypress leaves leach into the water over centuries, creating the distinctive color. We named this serum after that quality — deep, slow, transformative chemistry at work beneath the surface.
CaddoNamed for the Caddo Nation — one of the most sophisticated indigenous civilizations in North America, who built villages along these shores for centuries. A people of quiet, deep-rooted strength. The same quality we designed this serum to give your skin.
I’m new to the world of skin care products so didn’t quite know what to expect
I’m new to the world of skin care products so didn’t quite know what to expect. After daily use of the two Products purchased I’m amazed at the smoothness and glow they have given my skin. Not only myself noticing but others commenting as well.
